This rooms contains the "sinopias" - i.e. the preparatory drawings made of charcoal or sienna - of the frescos of the Santa Maria di Mezzaratta church.

These sinopias were detached by the church's wall after the removing of the painting frescoes now on display in the room 8 of the Pinacoteca.
