VISITING GUIDELINES

- The Pinacoteca is open Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 2 pm
- The ticket counter closes at 1.30 pm
- For your safety and the safety of other visitors and staff, before entering the Pinacoteca you must wear a face mask covering both nose and mouth and use the hand sanitizer available by the main door.
- You must wear a face mask at all times while on the Pinacoteca’s premises.
- Before you enter the museum, a staff member will take your body temperature with a touchless device. Visitors with a temperature higher than 37.5 degrees Celsius or showing flu-like symptoms will be asked to return at a later date.
- To allow for physical distancing throughout the building, a maximum of 40 visitors per hour will be allowed inside the Pinacoteca. Entry in some of the Pinacoteca’s smaller exhibition spaces is limited to 2 visitors at a time.
- Guided tours are permitted only if using microphone and earpieces. Groups must not exceed 8 people, including the tour guide.
- Lockers and cloakrooms remain closed. Backpacks and bags larger than 40 x 40 x 20 centimeters are not permitted in the galleries.
- Umbrellas must be left at the entrance.
- In order to limit the number of touchable surfaces, we will not be able to provide printed floor maps and visitors guides.
- You are welcome to use the seating located throughout the galleries but remember to maintain a social distance of at least 1 meter from other people while seated.
- Please adhere to the recommendations imparted by visitor services and security staff, observe the guidelines written on signage and follow indicated foot traffic patterns.
- The use of the elevator is reserved to visitors with disabilities or motor impairments with one accompanying person, and to visitors with strollers.
- The oil from our skin damages artworks so please do not touch. Drinking, eating and smoking (including e-cigarettes) is also prohibited.
- You may take personal photos in the galleries but no flash, tripods or selfie sticks.
- No pets or other animals can enter the Pinacoteca, except service dogs.
- Please silence your cell phone and speak softly so as not to disturb other visitors.
